Step into an evening of sensory renewal as we gather among the lush pathways and vibrant spring blooms of Sherman Library & Gardens for a sunset sound healing experience inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku, or forest bathing.
Surrounded by flowering botanicals, gentle ocean air, and the golden light of dusk, this outdoor immersion invites you to slow your pace, deepen your breath, and reconnect with the living rhythms of nature. The garden itself becomes a co-facilitator, with fragrance, color, and natural soundscapes enhancing the restorative effects of the journey
Cancellation Policy
Please note if you need to cancel, you must send your cancellation request to education@slgardens.org no later than 5 business days in advance of the scheduled class for a full refund. If less than 5 business days, you will not be eligible for a refund.
