This popular "Happy Hour Abs & Booty" class is hosted and taught by Shape-Up Health Club certified instructor Kelsey, and welcomes women and men of all ages.  After class, enjoy strolling in the beautiful gardens while partaking in a spirited social time featuring freshly squeezed juices provided by Sejuiced in Corona del Mar.  

Please bring your own mat, towel, and water.
