Mondays @ 5:30 pm through September 26

Shape-Up Health Club in Corona del Mar is returning to Sherman Gardens on Monday nights this Summer. Weekly Abs & Booty classes, taught by certified fitness instructors, will take place in the Central Garden from 5:30 pm until 6:30 pm, followed by a spirited "Happy Hour" social time sponsored by Sejuiced. Classes are for all ages, and continue every Monday evening through September 26. Bring your own mat, towel and water. Registration required. No refunds.
