Garden Workshop: Make Your Own Terrarium

Join Debra Mauzy-Melitz to learn how to create and care for a terrarium -  and take home your own mini-garden in a jar.  During the workshop you will learn about designing and building a terrarium in a 1-1/2 liter Weck™ tulip jar and gain understanding of the best soils to use, the best plants to use and where to get them, and how to maintain a terrarium with modest effort. 

Tools will be provided for use during the class and terrarium-ready fossil rocks from Debra’s family farm in West Virginia will be available to include in your design.   

Just bring yourself and your creativity and go home with a beautiful decoration or special gift.
