Nurturing You: Mindfulness Tools for the New Year
Begin the new year with intention in this calming, 90-minute mindfulness experience. Slow down after the holiday season, reconnect with yourself, and explore accessible practices in mindfulness, self-compassion, gratitude, and more. Through brief guided exercises and moments of reflection, participants discover what renewal means personally and how small, steady pauses can shift daily life. You'll leave with simple grounding tools, a self-compassion technique, a short gratitude practice, and a personal intention for 2026. This class is welcoming and beginner-friendly, offering a gentle sense of connection to yourself, others, and the natural world.
Class instructor Mirjam is a certified teacher in mindfulness, self-compassion, yoga, and dyadic meditation. She teaches and trains internationally, working with universities and institutes across the U.S. and Europe.
