Amy Dolim is a horticulturist with over a decade of experience managing public gardens, high-visibility landscapes, and edible plant systems throughout Southern California. She currently works at Sherman Library & Gardens, overseeing culinary, native, and specialty plant collections and guiding volunteers and interns, while applying expertise in edible plant health and productive garden management across diverse landscapes. Previously, she served as a horticulture specialist for Disneyland and Disneyland Hotels, coordinating plant health assessments and large-scale landscape maintenance in demanding, public-facing environments.
