Full Moon Sound Journey (Worm Moon)

This Full Moon Sound Journey Ceremony under the 'Worm Moon' invites a gentle return to rhythm as winter loosens its hold and new life begins to stir. Surrounded by lush gardens, indigenous instruments and science-informed sound frequencies guide the nervous system into calm, grounded presence. Traditionally symbolizing renewal and emergence, the Worm Moon offers a meaningful moment to release what’s been resting and make space for what’s ready to grow —rooted, intentional, and deeply restorative. We'll end the ceremony with a special blend of Ayurvedic tea to close the practice.

The Full Moon Sound Journey Ceremony is led by Gene Jimenez, a Certified Therapeutic Sound Practitioner and native Californian, whose work blends cultural authenticity with a grounded, science-based approach to sound. His unique sound sessions blend ancient traditions with science-backed frequency ‘entrainment', fostering relaxation, emotional release, and spiritual renewal. Each session is designed to help reduce stress, improve sleep, and support the body’s natural healing processes, via shaman drums, native flutes and a variety of indigenous instruments.

What to bring:
Participants should bring whatever yoga mat, blankets, pillows and comfortable clothing they want. Eye masks are also welcomed. May want to layer as the weather will get a little cooler as we go.
