Evening Talk: A Regenerative Organic Farm in Our Backyard!

What does the future of food, farming, and community look like right here in Orange County? Jonathan Zaidman of The Ecology Center shares the story of the 28-acre farm in San Juan Capistrano and how it brings together agriculture, ecology, food, art, and community.
You’ll leave with:

  • A clear understanding of what “regenerative” actually means, and how it differs from conventional and organic farming
  • A closer look at the connection between healthy soil, healthy food, and thriving ecosystems
  • A fresh perspective on how local farms can strengthen communities and our connection to food
  • Inspiration from The Ecology Center’s innovative approach to growing, gathering, and creating
