Join us as we explore ways to cultivate our physical and emotional wellbeing with evidence-based mindfulness practices. When we tend to ourselves with moment-to-moment awareness and loving kindness, we flourish. 

Jessica Drew de Paz, Psy.D.

Director of Mindfulness Programs & Clinical Psychologist

UC Irvine Susan Samueli Integrative Health Institute

 

Dr. Jessica Drew de Paz serves as a clinical psychologist and Director of Mindfulness Programs and at UC Irvine’s Susan Samueli Integrative Health Institute. She received her BA from UC Santa Barbara and her Psy.D. from California School of Professional Psychology, with a specialty in multicultural and community issues. Her deep appreciation for diversity is infused into all her endeavors, including a chapter she contributed to the book, “Developing Cultural Humility.” Jessica is trained in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, the Mind / Body Fertility Program, and Mindful Schools. For 10 years, she taught mindfulness at Anneliese Schools, which was recognized by the American Psychological Association for applying psychological science to promote student academic success and social-emotional growth. She has also conducted research on mindfulness and safety in the workplace.
