Garden Tour: Beautiful Drought-Tolerant Plants

Get inspired to go green! Take a tour and learn about environmentally friendly, drought-tolerant plants at the Sherman Gardens. Kyle Cheesborough, Sherman Horticulture Director, is passionate about eco-tonal horticulture, which means selecting plants for your garden which thrive in the Southern California coastal climate without too much additional water and fertilizer. His tour will include tips for choosing water-wise plants for the home garden; a visit to the new Island Ecology Garden and a walk outside the walls, to take a look at the perimeter beds on Dahlia Ave and Fernleaf Ave.

Free Tour. Registration Required.
