Designed for all levels and abilities, this practice offers seated poses that promote flexibility, balance, and relaxation, while having fun and getting fit. You'll enhance everyday movement and mood by bringing home what you learn. Ideal for anyone recovering from injury, easing into a yoga practice, or simply looking for a soothing, accessible way to cultivate inner calm.

Dress in comfortable clothes and layers to facilitate easy movement and temperature regulation in the outdoor setting. Flat shoes or non-slip socks are recommended.

Sandra Joyce is a Certified Yoga and Chair Yoga teacher. She's a practicing yogi for 50+ years, and retired from Occupational Therapy working with seniors to get back to physical fitness and mental wellbeing.
