Summer Garden Party

Summer Garden Party

Join us on Saturday, August 27, 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. for the Summer Garden Party, our premier annual event.

Hosted throughout our 2.2 acres of lush botanical gardens, the Summer Garden Party is a fun-filled, mission-focused evening complete with dinner from 608 Dahlia, live art, live music, a silent auction, raffle, and much more!

If you aren’t already a fan of 608 Dahlia, our on-site farm-to-table restaurant, you soon will be! Tickets to the Summer Garden Party include a delicious dinner of garden party quiche, green salad, and dessert prepared by our Executive Chef Jessica Roy.

Each year, our Summer Garden Party showcases local artists creating unique pieces of art, which are for sale during the event. Watch the paintings come to life, bid on your favorites, or simply be inspired.

And you don’t want to miss the spectacular garden party hat contest! Prizes will be awarded for best garden-themed hat, best DIY/handmade hat, and best children’s hat. Will you be a contestant or a spectator?

Sponsorship and Underwriting Opportunities

Many thanks to all of our sponsors and underwriters.  All engagement opportunities have been filled.

All proceeds directly support Sherman Library & Gardens children's education programs, which include science after-school classes and kids' camps. These programs help children develop a lifelong love of nature in the perfect outdoor classroom that is Sherman Gardens and foster an appreciation of our regional history through Sherman Library.
