Staghorn Workshop
Discover the wonder of the Staghorn Fern—one of nature’s most striking and unusual plants! These sculptural epiphytes (aka "air plants") don’t need soil to grow, making them a perfect living work of art for your home or garden.
In this hands-on workshop, Joel from our Horticulture Team will guide you step-by-step in mounting your very own Staghorn Fern onto a board, transforming it into a stunning wall display. Along the way, you’ll pick up expert tips and tricks to keep your new plant thriving for years to come.
You’ll leave with a beautiful mounted fern, newfound knowledge, and plenty of inspiration to bring a touch of the tropics to your space.

Please note if you need to cancel, you must send your cancellation request to education@slgardens.org no later than 5 business days in advance of the scheduled class for a full refund. If less than 5 business days, you will not be eligible for a refund.
